My day-to-day work will always be the heart of the business. Working directly with homeowners and creating kitchens, carpentry and bespoke projects. But being involved in the wider trade also gives me the opportunity to keep learning, stay up to date with new products and techniques, and share what I've learned with others.

Alongside my work with homeowners, I've been fortunate to build relationships with some of the leading names in the trade and home improvement industry. This has led to opportunities to work with brands, attend major industry events and share my experience with others in the trade.

I’m proud to be part of the team of trade professionals involved with InstallerSHOW at the NEC Birmingham, and especially proud to have been selected as one of the first Ambassadors for the Kitchen Fitter Arena when it launched in 2026.
I’m proud to be part of the team of trade professionals involved with InstallerSHOW at the NEC Birmingham, and especially proud to have been selected as one of the first Ambassadors for the Kitchen Fitter Arena when it launched in 2026.
I've taken part in panel discussions, demonstrations and Q&A sessions covering everything from kitchen installation and choosing the right tools to dealing with problems on site, working with manufacturers, marketing and building a successful trade business.

Speaking directly to homeowners as well as industry professionals is something I particularly enjoy. A great kitchen isn't only about how it looks, understanding how something is actually going to be installed and work in the real world can make a huge difference to the finished project.

I’m passionate about getting into schools and giving young people an honest insight into what working in the trades is really like, ideally, before they reach the point of making important decisions about exams, college and their future careers.
I’m passionate about getting into schools and giving young people an honest insight into what working in the trades is really like, ideally, before they reach the point of making important decisions about exams, college and their future careers.
Whether it’s through classroom discussions, careers events or work experience opportunities, I want young people to see that learning a skilled trade can open the door to a rewarding and successful career.

For me, it’s about sharing the reality, the hard work and challenges, but also the opportunities, independence and places a trade can take you.
